Who we are
ei8 (“we”, “us”) is a digital and AI agency working remotely with clients in India, the UAE and elsewhere. We are responsible for the personal information collected through ei8.one. For any privacy question or request, write to mail@ei8.one.
What we collect, and when
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, the quick-start window or the “Send me this plan” button, we store:
- your name, email address, and company if you give one;
- the project type, timeline and message, including any plan you built on the system builder and any WhatsApp number you choose to add;
- the page you sent it from, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string;
- a one-way, salted hash of your IP address. We never store the address itself; the hash only lets us limit how many enquiries one connection can send, to keep spam out.
When you message us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we receive what you send, your number or address, and your profile name. Those services are run by Meta and by our email provider under their own privacy terms.
When you browse, we count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not identify you personally.
What we don't collect
- The system builder, the clinic booking demo, the payment-flow demo, the Kratos map and the dashboard demo all run inside your browser. Nothing you tick, type or book in them is sent to us unless you press a button that says send.
- The names, bookings, transactions and figures in those demos are invented. No client's private records appear anywhere on this site.
- We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- Videos on the site load only when you press play.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, scope the work you asked about and send you a proposal;
- to send one confirmation email that your message arrived;
- to run a project with you if you become a client;
- to protect the site and its forms from spam and abuse;
- to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
We do not add you to a newsletter or start an automated marketing sequence. We process your information because you asked us to (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time), to take steps towards a contract you requested, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who helps us handle it
These providers process information only on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the cookie-free visit counts;
- Neon, the database where enquiries are stored;
- Resend, which delivers the enquiry and confirmation emails, and our email host for the inbox;
- Meta, if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Some of these providers store data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on their published data protection terms and safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation it started is useful, and delete enquiries that did not become a project within 24 months of our last contact. Client project records are kept for the length of the engagement and any period the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent you gave. These rights reflect India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, and, for visitors in Europe or the UK, the GDPR.
Write to mail@ei8.one from the address you used, or tell us on WhatsApp. We will confirm within a few working days and act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS, the enquiry database is access-controlled, IP addresses are hashed before storage, and only the people working on your enquiry can read it. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.
Client work
When we build for a client, their data stays theirs. Dashboards, demos and screenshots on this site use public pages or generated sample data, never a client's private records. Confidential clients are not named.
Links elsewhere
This site links to client websites, WhatsApp and our Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this one.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes are noted here for at least 30 days.
